My first GLOSSYBOX arrived today and I'm so impressed by the care that has gone into the packaging. It makes it feel really special to open and discover what's inside. I wasn't disappointed.
A 45ml tube of Rehydrating Rose Daily Moisturise from Neal's Yard Remedies looks particularly good - it's ok for sensitive skin so I'm looking forward to trying this. Many products say they're suitable for sensitive skin but my particularly difficult to please sensitive skin rejects them outright - so, we shall see. There are some false eyelashes from Eldora - I'm not a fake lashes girl but I know someone who is. There is a Lasting Colour Gel Eyeliner from Collection in gold which looks perfect for summer. Also included were two fragrance samples - Lolita Lempicka Eau de parfum and L'Eau en Blanc . I couldn't resist a quick spray of L'Eau en Blanc and it's gorgeous - warm yet light, sensual and very feminine. I've been wearing it now for a few hours and the fragrance is longlasting but still subtle. This may be a definite treat to buy myself when the samples have finished.
A bath and shower gel Summer Rising from Noble Isle is another wonderful find in the box. First impressions - it quite literally smells like a fresh summer's morning and I will be trying it later when I shower away the pollen and heat from this particular hot summer's day. A complimentary mirror from Glossybox and a birthday balloon finish the box. And I'll even find a use for the box afterwards. I'll let you know what I think in a few days.
